Step 2: Application Submission

While submitting the application form, the following documents need to be attached.

Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
Copy of Child’s Passport
Copy of Child’s UAE Residence Visa
Copy of Child’s Emirates ID
Child’s Coloured Passport Photographs (x 4)
Copy of Child’s Vaccination Immunisation Record
Copy of Parent's Passport
Copy of Parent’s UAE Residence Visa
Copy of Parent’s Emirates ID
